A lightswitch that controls your entire floor!

We’ve all had a bunch of light switches in our house where even after years of living there we don’t know which one is the hallway switch and which is the bathroom switch, so instead we turn them both on and then play disco inferno – flicking back and forth to try and find the right one.

Well thanks to designer Taewon Hwang, that should no longer be a problem. He’s designed a light switch that is custom made to your home, and displays a floor plan of your house. That way all you need to do is look at the light switch and press the appropriate section of the floor plan to turn the lights on or off.

A handy alternative to the usual boring and confusing light switches we have today and surprising that it hasn’t been though of before.
